Terms of Service

By using AI Ahas (“the Service”), accessible at aiahas.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Ahas and payments

Ahas are the digital creation units used to generate content on AI Ahas. Ahas are granted monthly with your subscription tier, or may be purchased as one-time packs. Ahas have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to adjust Aha costs and tier pricing with 30 days' notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

3. Content you provide

When you upload photos, provide text prompts, or submit any content (“Your Content”) to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own Your Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it
• Your Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation

You grant AI Ahas a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not publicly display your uploaded photos or generated outputs without your explicit permission.

4. Generated content

Content generated by our AI systems (“Generated Content”) is based on your inputs and AI model outputs. We do not guarantee that Generated Content will be unique or free of similarities to other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before use or distribution. Do not rely on Generated Content for factual, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

5. Physical products

Physical printed products are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners. Shipping times, quality, and availability are subject to the vendor's terms. We are not liable for manufacturing defects, shipping delays, or lost packages caused by these vendors. Refunds for physical products are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hi@aiahas.com.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent (or parental consent for minors)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute Generated Content commercially without a written agreement
• Use Generated Content to impersonate any person or entity

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI Ahas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

9. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state of the Service provider's principal place of business. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
