Privacy Policy

AI Ahas (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website and services at aiahas.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

Account information: when you sign up, we collect your email address and the display name you choose. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Photos you upload: when you use our card, poster, or coloring book modules, you may upload photos. These are stored in Supabase Storage and processed by EvoLink to generate your output. Photos are not shared publicly and are only accessible by you and our backend systems.

Payment data: we do not store your credit card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your payment information directly. We store Stripe customer IDs and subscription metadata to link your account to your payments.

Usage data: we log which modules you use, Ahas spent, and generation status. This is used for billing, support, and improving the service.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the AI Ahas service
• To send transactional emails (welcome, generation complete, order shipped)
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
• To fulfill physical print orders via our fulfillment partners
• To improve service quality, reliability, and customer support
• To comply with legal obligations

AI processing

Photos you upload are sent to AI providers for image generation and text processing. EvoLink handles image and song generation, and Anthropic handles story/text generation. These providers process your content under their own privacy policies and do not use your data for model training unless you explicitly consent to such use. We do not share generated content publicly without your permission.

Data retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (via Settings), we cancel subscriptions and remove your profile. Uploaded photos and generated outputs may be retained for up to 30 days after account deletion before permanent removal from our storage systems.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hi@aiahas.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also delete your account directly from the Settings page in the app.
