1. Sponsor

These sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) are sponsored by AI Ahas, accessible at aiahas.com. Sweepstakes are conducted during live broadcasts on TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms (“Live Shows”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of AI Ahas are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry period

Each Sweepstakes begins when the Live Show starts and ends when the host announces the winner during the same Live Show. Exact times will be announced during each broadcast.

4. How to enter

Entry method (share-to-enter): During the Live Show, share the designated post, link, or content as instructed by the host to your social media account. Each share constitutes one entry. Entries must remain public and unedited through the winner announcement.

Alternate method of entry (no purchase, no share required):To enter without sharing, send a 3′″ x 5′″ index card with your full name, email address, and the date of the Live Show to: AI Ahas Sweepstakes Entry, [INSERT MAILING ADDRESS]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within 7 days of the Live Show date. Limit one mail-in entry per person per Live Show.

Entry limit: One entry per person per Live Show, regardless of entry method. Multiple or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize(s)

Prizes vary per Live Show and will be announced at the start of each broadcast. Typical prizes may include:

• One free AI-generated custom product (approximate retail value: $14.99–$49.99)
• One free month of Pro tier subscription (approximate retail value: $47)
• One physical printed product shipped to winner (approximate retail value: $24.99–$39.99)

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection and notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced live during the broadcast. The host will share the winner's social media handle or display name on stream. Winners must follow the instructions given during the broadcast to claim their prize within 48 hours of notification. If a winner does not claim within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner grants AI Ahas the right to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received due to technical errors. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

9. Disputes

All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the courts of the Sponsor's principal place of business. The Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the United States. Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs and in no event shall attorneys' fees be recoverable.

10. Winner list

To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: AI Ahas Winner List, [INSERT MAILING ADDRESS]. Requests must be received within 60 days of the Live Show.
